1. Booking and payment

Guests must provide accurate information and complete payment according to the booking instructions. A booking is confirmed only after Đôi Dép Adventure verifies it.

2. Guest responsibilities

• Follow guide instructions and respect local communities.
• Do not misuse website content or services.

3. Changes and disputes

We may adjust a trip when required for safety or operations. Any dispute should first be addressed through good-faith discussion.
