Cancellation policy

1. Cancelling a booking

Cancellation fees depend on how far in advance the request is made. Please contact us using the booking email and include your booking ID.

  • More than 14 days before departure: full refund.
  • 7–14 days: 30% cancellation fee.
  • 3–7 days: 50% cancellation fee.
  • 1–3 days: 70% cancellation fee.
  • Within 24 hours or no-show: 100% cancellation fee.

2. Exceptional circumstances

If a trip is cancelled because of severe weather, a public health event, or another exceptional circumstance, we will offer a refund or a rescheduled departure subject to documented costs.
