Exchange & hold policy

1. Change your departure date

• More than 7 days before departure: free change.
• 3–7 days: 10% change fee.
• Within 48 hours: 20% change fee.
• Each booking may be changed up to two times.

2. Hold a booking

A booking may be held for up to six months from the original departure date. A 5% hold fee applies, and the new date must have available space.

3. Transfer a booking

Contact us at least 48 hours before departure with the new guest's details.
