Chính Sách Hoàn Hủy Tour Trekking Đôi Dép Adventure

Chúng tôi luôn mong muốn mang đến trải nghiệm tốt nhất cho khách hàng. Để đảm bảo quyền lợi của Quý khách và sự sắp xếp hợp lý cho chuyến đi, vui lòng tham khảo chính sách hoàn hủy như sau:

Chính sách hủy tour:

Đối với trong vòng từ 15 ngày trở lên kể từ ngày khởi hành: Mất 10% tiền tour (Ví dụ: Tour khởi hành ngày 30/08, khách hủy trước hoặc vào ngày 15/08 thì phí hủy là 10%).
Đối với trong vòng 10 – 15 ngày kể từ ngày khởi hành: Mất 30% tiền tour (Ví dụ: Tour khởi hành ngày 30/08, khách hủy từ 16/08 đến 20/08 thì phí hủy là 30%) .
Đối với từ 10 ngày đến trước 3 ngày khởi hành: Mất 50% tiền tour (Ví dụ: Tour khởi hành ngày 30/08, khách hủy từ 21/08 đến 26/08 thì phí hủy là 50%).
Trước 3 ngày: Mất 100% (Ví dụ: Tour khởi hành ngày 30/08, khách hủy từ 27/08 đến ngày khởi hành (30/08) hoặc không có mặt sẽ mất 100% giá tour).

Lưu ý:

Thời gian được tính dựa trên ngày Quý khách thông báo hủy tour và ngày khởi hành chính thức.
Chính sách trên áp dụng cho tất cả các hình thức hủy qua email, tin nhắn hoặc trực tiếp.
Trong trường hợp bất khả kháng (thiên tai, dịch bệnh,…), Đôi Dép sẽ hoãn tour và dời lịch.
Trong trường hợp tour không đủ số lượng khách để mở, khách hàng có thể lựa chọn tour khác/ dời lịch tour/ hoàn 100% phí tour.
Quý khách vui lòng hoàn tất thông tin cá nhân qua link form của Đôi Dép trước ngày khởi hành. Trường hợp đến ngày khởi hành nhưng chưa nhận được thông tin, Đôi Dép xin phép huỷ tour của Quý khách.

Doi Dep Adventure Tour Cancellation & Refund Policy

We are committed to providing the best possible experience for our customers. To ensure fairness for all participants and allow proper trip arrangements, please review our cancellation and refund policy below:

1. Tour Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 15 days or more before the departure date: A cancellation fee of 10% of the tour price will be charged.
(For example: If the tour departs on 30/08, cancellations made on or before 15/08 will incur a 10% cancellation fee).
Cancellation from 10 to 14 days before the departure date: A cancellation fee of 30% of the tour price will be charged.
(For example: If the tour departs on 30/08, cancellations made from 16/08 to 20/08 will incur a 30% cancellation fee).
Cancellation from 3 to 9 days before the departure date: A cancellation fee of 50% of the tour price will be charged.
(For example: If the tour departs on 30/08, cancellations made from 21/08 to 26/08 will incur a 50% cancellation fee).
Cancellation less than 3 days before the departure date, or no-show: 100% of the tour price will be charged.
(For example: If the tour departs on 30/08, cancellations made from 27/08 until the departure date (30/08), or failure to show up for the tour, will incur a 100% cancellation fee).

2. Important Notes

The applicable timeframe is calculated based on the date the guest notifies us of the cancellation/rescheduling request and the official departure date.
This policy applies to all cancellation requests made via email, message, or direct communication.
In cases of force majeure (such as natural disasters, epidemics, or other unforeseen circumstances), Doi Dep Adventure reserves the right to postpone the tour and arrange an alternative departure date.
If the minimum number of participants required to operate the tour is not met, guests may choose to:
- Join an alternative tour;
- Reschedule to another departure date; or
- Receive a full (100%) refund of the tour fee.
Guests are required to complete their personal information through Doi Dep Adventure’s registration form before the departure date. If the required information has not been received by the departure date, Doi Dep Adventure reserves the right to cancel the booking.
